Do you offer visits for puppies and nervous pets?

Yes. We offer puppy first grooming visits and grooming familiarization sessions for pets that are new to professional grooming. These visits are introduced at a calm pace and may be adjusted to your pet's comfort level.

What should I share before booking?

We begin with a temperament and history inquiry, then review coat condition, home care and any sensitivities before the appointment. This helps us agree on a practical grooming scope.

Can the groom be paused if my pet is stressed?

Yes. A session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped if your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern.

How can I book an appointment?

Will I get notes after the visit?
